The Drug Court Division is responsible for representing indigent citizens in Court 14, D-Felony and Court 20, Major Felony Drug Courts.

Each court is staffed with at least full-time public defender attorneys and paralegals as well as conflict public defenders. Our conflict public defenders bring the best of the private bar to public defense.

If a client has an urgent matter before his court date and cannot reach his public defender immediately, he should leave a message via voice mail to the court paralegal.  To find the public defenders or paralegals assigned to a specific court, choose Attorneys by Court or Paralegals by Court. Our attorneys and paralegals work diligently to insure each and every client receive the quality representation this office strives to provide.
