The Kessler Boulevard SystemThis 3,400-acre interconnected system, created by renowned German Landscape Architect George Kessler, encompasses 12 parks, six parkways, and two boulevards, which encompass numerous historic features such as parkway alignments, landscape composition, walks, bridges, buildings, statuary, and fountains. Did you Know? The Kessler system is one of the country's largest Park and Boulevard listings on the National Register of Historic Places!
