The Housing Trust Fund (HTF), of the City of Indianapolis, provides assistance in the form of low interest loans, loan guarantees, and grants to increase the access of housing, preserve affordability, revitalize existing housing and develop new housing. Application is now available and is for activities that will be implemented during the 2012/2013 grant cycle and must be received by NOON on April 30, 2012. Please review the instructions carefully.
